Found out afterwards tempurpedic is the only retailer I know of that doesn’t do returns at all for pillows. Have bought tempurpedic for years, but now that I have a $120 pillow that I don’t love and won’t use, that will be my last tempurpedic product.

After deciding it was now time to purchase a new split King mattress and having been extremely pleased with the quality, comfort, support, and excellent motion isolation or very low motion transfer from the Tempur-Pedic brand, we went to the Tempur-Pedic Flagship store in the Arboretum here in Austin and met with sales person William Szeneri. He was extremely knowledgable about all the mattress models and being a Flagship store, he had all the models available on the floor to view and try out, unlike other mattress stores that sell other brands as well and have only a limited few Tempur-Pedic models to view and experience. There are some additional benefits to purchasing directly from a Tempur-Pedic Flagship store as well. I recommend that you go specifically to this Flagship store in the Arboretum for excellent assistance and inventory when you are ready for a new and excellent mattress product, which for us, Tempur-Pedic has proven to hold up well over a long time. Since our power base units are still functioning like new we will keep them as they are compatible with the new Tempur-Pedic mattresses we ordered. For those of you who have not experienced owning a power base for your mattress such a built in massage, multiple positions for your back and legs, lumbar support adjustments, and other features, you have a treat in store should you purchase a power base with the new mattress. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Mr. Szeneri as he genuinely wanted to help us in a caring and friendly manner to find the right mattress to suit our needs, for which we personally concluded was the Lux Adapt Hybrid, split King model. Thank you very much William!

Frequently Asked Questions About Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store
Can I use my current frame with my Tempur-Pedic Mattress?
Yes. We design our mattresses to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames.
Unless your product was not designed for the U.S. market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit.
If you have any question about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions.
If you choose not to purchase our foundation, you must position the mattress on a completely flat, solid surface with adequate center support.
If you have a slatted foundation, we recommend using slats that are at least 3 inches wide and are no more than 4 inches apart.
Please note that using the mattress without a Tempur-Pedic foundation or similar firm, solid-surface, non-spring base may void the warranty.
How does my new mattress arrive?
With the exception of our TEMPUR-Cloud, select mattresses arrive with White Glove delivery. With our free White Glove delivery, your mattress will arrive in a plastic covering which will be removed upon delivery for set up.
The TEMPUR-Cloud is a convenient option at a lower price that ships to your door compressed in a bag for you to set up on your own time. This design makes the TEMPUR-Cloud great for those who have narrow hallways or doorways, live in apartments, or want to have a contact-free delivery! The TEMPUR-Cloud does not receive our White Glove delivery as it is shipped via UPS. This means that it will be delivered to your door and removal of your old mattress is not available.
What is the difference between Medium & Medium Hybrid in feel?
Tempur-Pedic’s hybrids are like no other, because our innovative coil system works in combination with one-of-a-kind TEMPUR® Material to deliver unmatched pressure relief and support — plus, a more “responsive” feel from the premium coils that sleepers may prefer. This makes our hybrids a perfect introduction to Tempur-Pedic (and a welcome upgrade!) if you’ve only slept on traditional spring mattresses in the past.
While our hybrid mattress options are best described as “medium,” they’re created a bit differently than our other medium-feel mattresses. Our non-hybrid mattresses are constructed entirely of our legendary TEMPUR® materials (placed on top of a foam base layer), while our Medium Hybrid options contain a 1000+ coil system to provide all the pressure relief and support you expect from a Tempur-Pedic mattress — with the added “bounce” from the coils.
Another difference? Our Medium Hybrid mattresses are created using our softest material available, TEMPUR-ES™, so our hybrids tend to feel slightly softer than our Medium, non-hybrid options. Do you have replacement covers for mattresses?

Can I use my current bed frame with a Tempur-Pedic mattress?
Yes, Tempur-Pedic mattresses are designed to fit most standard size bed frames. Unless your frame is an unusual size or not designed for the U.S. market, it should fit the mattress. Ensure the mattress is placed on a flat, solid surface with proper support to avoid voiding the warranty.
How will my new Tempur-Pedic mattress be delivered?
Most Tempur-Pedic mattresses arrive with free White Glove delivery, where the mattress comes covered in plastic which is removed upon setup. The TEMPUR-Cloud model ships compressed in a bag via UPS for self-setup and does not include White Glove service or old mattress removal.
