We were out walking our dog and he gave us permission to bring him in. If not we most likely wouldn’t have bought it that day. Nick was very nice, he answered every question we had. There was a delivery issue due to our staircase. He immediately called the company and fixed it for us. The new mattress is on the hard side , it is taking some time getting use to. Nick has been there all the way reassuring me. He has been replying to all my texts and calls about our purchase. I highly recommend anyone interested in buying this bed to go to the tempur -pedic store and ask for Nick. We are very happy with his customer service. Thank you for everything!

Patrick and Nick were fantastic! We were greeted upon entry by Patrick. Patrick was knowledgeable and kind. He gave us the highlights of each pillow and helped us narrow down our selection. Nick was personable and helped us get our second pillow ordered for shipment since it wasn’t in stock. When we need a new mattress we will be back!

The mattresses are incredible and I plan on buying one due to the quality after buying a cheaper mattress a year ago somewhere else and being unhappy with it. Would highly recommend!

Can I use my current frame with my Tempur-Pedic Mattress?
Yes. We design our mattresses to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames.
Unless your product was not designed for the U.S. market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit.
If you have any question about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions.
If you choose not to purchase our foundation, you must position the mattress on a completely flat, solid surface with adequate center support.
If you have a slatted foundation, we recommend using slats that are at least 3 inches wide and are no more than 4 inches apart.
Please note that using the mattress without a Tempur-Pedic foundation or similar firm, solid-surface, non-spring base may void the warranty.
How does my new mattress arrive?
With the exception of our TEMPUR-Cloud, select mattresses arrive with White Glove delivery. With our free White Glove delivery, your mattress will arrive in a plastic covering which will be removed upon delivery for set up.
The TEMPUR-Cloud is a convenient option at a lower price that ships to your door compressed in a bag for you to set up on your own time. This design makes the TEMPUR-Cloud great for those who have narrow hallways or doorways, live in apartments, or want to have a contact-free delivery! The TEMPUR-Cloud does not receive our White Glove delivery as it is shipped via UPS. This means that it will be delivered to your door and removal of your old mattress is not available.
What is the difference between Medium & Medium Hybrid in feel?
Tempur-Pedic’s hybrids are like no other, because our innovative coil system works in combination with one-of-a-kind TEMPUR® Material to deliver unmatched pressure relief and support — plus, a more “responsive” feel from the premium coils that sleepers may prefer. This makes our hybrids a perfect introduction to Tempur-Pedic (and a welcome upgrade!) if you’ve only slept on traditional spring mattresses in the past.
While our hybrid mattress options are best described as “medium,” they’re created a bit differently than our other medium-feel mattresses. Our non-hybrid mattresses are constructed entirely of our legendary TEMPUR® materials (placed on top of a foam base layer), while our Medium Hybrid options contain a 1000+ coil system to provide all the pressure relief and support you expect from a Tempur-Pedic mattress — with the added “bounce” from the coils.
Another difference? Our Medium Hybrid mattresses are created using our softest material available, TEMPUR-ES™, so our hybrids tend to feel slightly softer than our Medium, non-hybrid options. If a hybrid is starting to sound like a great fit, you can choose between our TEMPUR-Adapt®, TEMPUR-ProAdapt®, and TEMPUR-PRObreeze° models. Do you have replacement covers for mattresses?
Yes, we do, for any of our mattresses with a removable cover. You can order replacement covers for our current mattress models online here. If you need the cover for an older mattress or you don't see your mattress listed, you can talk to one of our Sleep Guides in the store to help you find yours.
Can I use my current bed frame with a Tempur-Pedic mattress?
Yes, Tempur-Pedic mattresses are designed to fit most standard size bed frames. Unless your frame is an unusual size or not designed for the U.S. market, it should fit the mattress. Ensure the mattress is placed on a flat, solid surface with proper support to avoid voiding the warranty.
How will my new Tempur-Pedic mattress be delivered?
Most Tempur-Pedic mattresses arrive with free White Glove delivery, where the mattress comes covered in plastic which is removed upon setup. The TEMPUR-Cloud model ships compressed in a bag via UPS for self-setup and does not include White Glove service or old mattress removal.
