He truly went above and beyond and made sure to cover every single one of our concerns and really focused on educating us rather than selling to us. Awesome experience!!!!

Tempur-Pedic then replied to our review asking us to contact the store manager to address our concerns. We did exactly that, and ended up talking to Connor again. He barely listened and immediately told us there was nothing he could do for us. Also, be aware that you cannot reply to Tempur-Pedic’s public response on the review. So when they say “please contact us so we can help,” other customers can’t see that we actually followed their instructions and still got not solution. Please be careful: their 90-day trial isn’t enough time, and if you have issues, they do not stand behind their promises. Even worse, when you see Tempur-Pedic replying to bad reviews pretending they’re willing to help, it’s just for show. In our experience, they do not care about their customers.

I watched him and his wife, of just under six years, practically bend over backwards to afford this mattress. And what do you do, you absolutely destroy the trust of this potential customer, but also have literally broken my dear friends back. Shame for you. Shame for your practice. How dare you call yourself a flagship store. He'll never be able to stand up straight again. With two glass ankles and a broken spine from your poor form fitting mattress and lackluster customer experience. If I could give a quarter star I would, and only to ridicule you again. The BBB will be hearing from me.
- JKJoel KrauseNov 1, 20251.0Make sure you really want the mattress before buying it. We bought a mattress that we paid almost 7k, which gave us terrible back pain. We called them to extend, but the customer service did not give us any options since we were over the 90 day trial. 90 days is not enough time, especially because their mattress will change and it will definitely feel different. They also gave us 2 pillows when we bought the mattress but we returned them and asked for sheets instead (which we never got). There are so many stores that give you a 360 day trial, do not waste you money and time with Tempur-Pedic.

Can I use my current frame with my Tempur-Pedic Mattress?
Yes. We design our mattresses to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames.
Unless your product was not designed for the U.S. market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit.
If you have any question about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions.
If you choose not to purchase our foundation, you must position the mattress on a completely flat, solid surface with adequate center support.
If you have a slatted foundation, we recommend using slats that are at least 3 inches wide and are no more than 4 inches apart.
Please note that using the mattress without a Tempur-Pedic foundation or similar firm, solid-surface, non-spring base may void the warranty.
How does my new mattress arrive?
With the exception of our TEMPUR-Cloud, select mattresses arrive with White Glove delivery. With our free White Glove delivery, your mattress will arrive in a plastic covering which will be removed upon delivery for set up.
The TEMPUR-Cloud is a convenient option at a lower price that ships to your door compressed in a bag for you to set up on your own time. This design makes the TEMPUR-Cloud great for those who have narrow hallways or doorways, live in apartments, or want to have a contact-free delivery! The TEMPUR-Cloud does not receive our White Glove delivery as it is shipped via UPS. This means that it will be delivered to your door and removal of your old mattress is not available.
What is the difference between Medium & Medium Hybrid in feel?
Tempur-Pedic’s hybrids are like no other, because our innovative coil system works in combination with one-of-a-kind TEMPUR® Material to deliver unmatched pressure relief and support — plus, a more “responsive” feel from the premium coils that sleepers may prefer. This makes our hybrids a perfect introduction to Tempur-Pedic (and a welcome upgrade!) if you’ve only slept on traditional spring mattresses in the past.
While our hybrid mattress options are best described as “medium,” they’re created a bit differently than our other medium-feel mattresses. Our non-hybrid mattresses are constructed entirely of our legendary TEMPUR® materials (placed on top of a foam base layer), while our Medium Hybrid options contain a 1000+ coil system to provide all the pressure relief and support you expect from a Tempur-Pedic mattress — with the added “bounce” from the coils.
Another difference? Our Medium Hybrid mattresses are created using our softest material available, TEMPUR-ES™, so our hybrids tend to feel slightly softer than our Medium, non-hybrid options. Yes, Tempur-Pedic mattresses are designed to fit most standard size bed frames. Unless your frame is an unusual size or not designed for the U.S. market, it should fit the mattress. Ensure the mattress is placed on a flat, solid surface with proper support to avoid voiding the warranty.
How will my new Tempur-Pedic mattress be delivered?
Most Tempur-Pedic mattresses arrive with free White Glove delivery, where the mattress comes covered in plastic which is removed upon setup. The TEMPUR-Cloud model ships compressed in a bag via UPS for self-setup and does not include White Glove service or old mattress removal.
