Returned after the pressure washing to perform the staining, but found the deck moisture level was still a bit high so wanted to give it a few more days to dry. I appreciate that he is knowledgeable and honest and committed to doing a first class job. Assured me he would return if necessary if anything needed touching up after completely drying. I heartily recommend Cody for deck services!
