I have been calling them for the past 2 months, every week to schedule an in office appt to recharge and inspect our extinguishers which this company has ignored for the past 2 years. I call and each time its the same, they take my info (over and over again) and inform me they don't have any availability till Oct, which is fine by me. They tell me each time I call that some staff member by the name of Tessa or Tess will call me to schedule it. I have never received a call! I called again this morning for the last time, this was probably the 8th call in 4 weeks and again, we went through the same process, name, number, information. It was insane. Apparently there's only ONE person in that company that is allowed to schedule appointments. I have never experienced a business not willing to make money! Like we're legit offering them a chance to do business and they could care less. The entire staff working there needs to be removed. There are so many other companies in Austin that do the same thing but since we had a history with AAA, I decided to give them our business but clearly they didn't want it. I called Longhorn Fire and Safety and they scheduled us for the NEXT DAY. Stay away from this dumpster fire of a business !
