Farrah, who works at this store location, is absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond every standard of customer service as I navigated four different toilets arriving broken (no fault of Lowe's). I don't know what I would have done without her assistance. Thank you!

They dont seem to have any basic appliances in stock. I ordered from Lowe's because they had the earliest possible install date. Which they have now missed, despite sending texts and emails that the install would happen that day, and an actual human on their support line telling me it would happen that day. They don't hire reliable contractors and seem to have no recourse when the installers don't perform. Order elsewhere and hire a local to install for you. Lesson learned.

Lowe’s southeast Austin is extremely incompetent and lazy…. All staff I have dealt with for an exterior door with small cat door. The salesman for doors cannot use a computer to send me proof of paid in full merchandise. The delivery staff have people have lost items. I have been dealing with stupidly laziness incompetence and lying since August 2025. This is Dec 9, 2025 and had to reorder cat door because delivery staff lost the one ordered in October 2025 by door salesman. Plus he will not send me a paid in full itemized receipt or even a receipt. He maintains the estimate of three pages will suffice. A label goes through pertinent information plus I cannot enlarge it to read it. He obviously does not know how to send email attachments. Do NOT USE LOWE’S south EAST store. In fact DO NOT USE LOWE’S for doors unless you want to be driven crazy by all their abysmally incompetent stupidity lazy lying staff
