I asked 3 people for help they said they would get someone. The 3rd one called someone and said he would be back. Waited for 30 minutes no show went to front desk asked again for help they radio for someone there was no response then they announced it over there intercom system for that special associate to that department. So they told me to wait over there. Hell no, I’m the customer he needs to come to me and I’m not waiting no longer. Terrible customer service.

A lot of PoV 4 wheeler traffic passes thru the truck area. They will pass behind you while you are backing. Use EXTREME CAUTION. Limited space, but manageable to maneuver. Good lighting at this location. Have pickup / delivery details (+ #). The bathroom is available next to the S & R office. Tandems to the rear. Pets allowed.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
