    They took my working oven and delivered a broken $3000 oven. Couldn't get me a replacement for multiple weeks, leaving me without one at home. Couldn't return my working oven. The "AI" phone assistant fails to ever get you an actual person to talk to so we had to cancel the order in the store. Horrible experience. Don't buy an appliance here.

    Waited on hold for over 25 minutes. Do they not have specialists who can answer calls anymore? Sold me a box of damaged tiles with pocks in them. Displeased.

    This is the worst Lowe's I have ever been to. The staff is not very helpful. I needed a microwave and the "expert" wasn't an expert at all. She tried to tell me a 31in wide microwave would fit in my 30in wide opening. How is that possible? Then she went to see if a particular one was in stock and never came back. I had to go find her and she tells me she couldn't find me. I had not moved. Then she tells me I have to go get a cart for it. Really, I have never had to do that before, they always do it for me. I was there for over an hour and it should have only taken 30 minutes. So disappointed 😞

    I’m extremely upset with how this delivery was handled. I was contacted one day before my scheduled delivery date and told that it had to be rescheduled because the vendor “wasn’t ready.” That is completely unacceptable. I specifically requested this delivery date because I had already taken time off work. Now I’m left scrambling to see if I can take another day off — which may not even be possible. Missing a day of work is a significant financial loss for me, and this is exactly why delivery dates are scheduled in advance. What makes this worse is that the representative said there was nothing they could do until after I receive the order, and even then the only possible resolution mentioned was a gift card. A gift card does not compensate for lost wages, inconvenience, or the stress this caused. This situation feels extremely inconsiderate and poorly managed. If a company offers scheduled delivery dates, they should be reliable and respectful of customers’ time. I expected much better.
