I've been a loyal customer of Lowes for years and years and have always been happy with the products and service. Today, Brandon helped me again with my paint needs and he is super helpful and gave me quick and efficient service.
But the real star of the show is Rick P, manager. I had a paint issue and not only did he resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction, he went above and beyond for me today! I felt very appreciated as a customer and the help I received from Rick today made me so grateful! He even walked me to my car to ensure I had help in putting the paint in my car. Thank you Rick!!!

Do not understand any circumstances buy an application from Lowes. They contract out delivery to a company called 'CRST Home Solutions' who are probably the most incompetent, lazy people I've ever met.
In the process of chasing down my dryer I've spoken with over a dozen people, not one of them took any pride in their work or did anything to help.
I'm genuinely staggered that Lowes are happy to wreck their reputation by working with these guys. We're working through a number of home projects and after this I'm done with Lowe's so for the sake of $50 delivery they've cost themselves tens of thousands.
Do not ask me to reach out to you. I've explained what the problem is - find someone competent to do your installations

I bought a dryer nearly a year ago from Lowe’s and was talked into a Lowe’s Protection Plan. My dryer stopped working over a week ago so I put in a claim. They sent out a service guy who claimed he didn’t have the dimple and common part. It’s now over a week and my dryer is still not working. There is no estimate for when my dryer will get repaired. Meantime my family has to go thru the inconvenience and cost of a washeteria. Further, there is no reimbursement for this expense.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
