They can easily reach out to me if they want to discuss this and the poor customer service by Bradley at CSRT Home Solutions. In the future, I will be purchasing appliances elsewhere. Do not buy a dishwasher at this store. The installer they use does not arrive when they say they will. Instead of 12-3 in the afternoon as the installer said at 6:45 that morning, it was 7:15 at night with no heads up on the time change. When I called both the installation company and Lowe’s about the status around 4:30 in the afternoon, no one could reach the installer, as if he had turned off his phone during the afternoon. I spent 2+ hours on the phone trying to find out where my dishwasher was, and no one could tell me. And no would call me back with updates. The installer didn’t leave my house until 8 that evening. The Lowe’s manager said I would be compensated for the confusion and frustration, but of course, no call back from him either. If you have a lot of time and patience for this kind of BS, then buy from this store. If not, stay away.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
