Bought a dishwasher recently and scheduled delivery/installation on the first available date. (3weeks out) Leading up to installation i was contacted multiple times to confirm id be home. I confirmed each time including the afternoon prior. Then the day of installation they canceled and initially tried to shift the blame on me. They claimed I had called and cancelled because “additional plumbing was needed first” This info was related to a completely different purchase we had made 9months ago. Then a second person called and said I should not have scheduled installation until the item was in inventory. This was an online and not only was I prompted to schedule this during the check out process, it was 3weeks out and they called me 3times leading up to the this date.
This level of incompetence is infuriating and off the charts inconvenient. It’s December, my wife and i both work and have kids. I’m in beverage distribution sales/opps and it’s almost impossible to free up another day IN DECEMBER for this nonsense. I would have taken literally any dishwasher they had lying around but my only option is to reschedule with these clowns. Now will likely be without a dishwasher until after the holidays.

Do not do business with this store or company. We bought a refrigerator from them on a Saturday and we're told that it would be delivered within 2 days, on Monday. Monday rolls around and we're given a delivery window of between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m.. at 7:55 p.m., we were contacted and told that it was inconvenient for them to deliver and that they would deliver the next day. They lied. They lied when they sold us the machine and they lied when they said they'd reschedule. The machine will not be delivered for almost a full week. Do not do business with these people. They lie. They do not fix their mistakes. And they subcontract their work and act like it's your responsibility to enforce the remedies of their subcontract. This is the week of Thanksgiving, which makes it all worse. Do not do business with them, avoid them, or beware: they lie and do not honor their word - factor this all into your decisions.
