- YKy K4 days ago1.0Do not order deliveries from the garden center. They will try to unload wet and or open bags on you if you do not come to the store and get them yourself. They will tell you they can come pick it up for a refund, but you will have wet fertilizer or manure sitting around until then, which is a major hazard. In the meantime, they will gaslight you and claim they pick and send only dry intact bags, an outright lie, and then blame the delivery drivers, which is unconcionable. The management here is unethical, dishonest, and arrogant, and should be fired.

As for the floor people… I had a bad experience with one who led me astray with conflicting information on exterior door with pet door. In short. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
