Lowe’s is pretty much what you expect from a home improvement store, just with everything in blue. The staff is generally very helpful, and I usually have no trouble finding someone when I need assistance. The only thing that stood out on my last visit was a large spill in one of the aisles, and it didn’t seem like anyone was eager to clean it up. Other than that, it was a typical Lowe’s experience with plenty of products and friendly employees.

Terrible experience between Michele the head cashier pretending to be a manager during a return to the actual manager Lorrie (sp) not wanting to speak with us and saying getting a store credit for a product we bought at Lowe’s was hit or miss but not wanting to even try made no sense. The product is still brand new & is sold under the Lowe’s brand. Shout out to Quinton for being understanding and trying to help. Been team blue for a while but team orange might be a better fit if this is how Lowe’s is these days.
