I was also suprised to find out they don't work for commission because her and her coworker were so committed to us designing the right sofa and answering all our questions and not rushing us even though it was close to closing time. I thought we were going to walk out with a quote but we actually made the whole purchase instead! I also really appreciate that Lovesac tries hard to future proof their sofas instead of having to create waste everytime we need a new one. I can't wait for our new sactional!

When purchasing we were told one item was on back order. We placed our order anyway knowing we could wait for the one item, plus the item back ordered wouldn’t make too much of a difference to a completed couch, it was a piece for our “ottoman.” However after the purchase we have gotten two calls letting us know more and more items would be back ordered making our couch not functional upon its arrival. This information should have been given to us at the time we placed our order so we could have planned accordingly.
