    I’ve never been to a pool store with “managers” that are this ignorant, disrespectful, and lacking of any semblance of customer service. No wonder this place has such a bad rating. Literally go anywhere else.

    Customer service is non-existent here. Can’t believe they haven’t made any personnel changes based on the feedback they are receiving. This must be an owner operator store. People are coming to you for help, just be nice, halfway attentive and not condescending.

    One star experience...every time. Customer service is so bad. Save yourselves and ChatGPT, go to Home Depot, or just ask the waiter across the street at Maudie's about your mustard algae situation.

    Horrible I paid 2300 dollars for an item over the counter. It was a special order and 3 weeks later it hasn’t show up. I haven’t gotten an email on status. I called their 800 number they can’t find it. I went to their Bee Cave location where I live and they can’t access San Antonio record where I made the purchase. They are no better...The AM Didn’t even offer to help me . I said can you call the manager at that location? I’ve tried several times I can’t get through... he said Naw.... good luck with it... So here I am on a Saturday at 430pm leaving a review and leaving a VM for the District Manager Jesse Hopson. As if I have nothing better to do.
