So he wasn’t helpful and then the little help we did get was bad help. There was a nice young lady at the register who was friendly. May try a different location next time.

- TTTeresa TillmanSep 8, 20181.0I’d had bought powder plus powder shock. It would never dissolve; just sat on bottom of pool. So, I told them that. So, they sold me a box of the Chlor Bright. They said it would dissolve. Wrong again. It just sat on the bottom of my pool. So, what I have left, I have to mix with water in a bucket and stir it for 10 minutes. They also sold me a box with 4 gallons of Blue Whale liquid chlorine. I have used one but the pool does not stay chlorinated. I just noticed one of the gallons of the liquid shock has leaked out of the container onto my laundry room floor (where they told me I should store it.) And, they sold me 2 gallons of water conditioner, only needed one. It was coagulated and sat on the bottom of my pool. So, beware of the products they sell you.
