The staff tested the water and confirmed that the chemical levels were way off — far too harsh to be safe for swimming. I appreciated that they took the time to explain what the results meant and what likely caused the irritation. Unfortunately, it was disappointing to learn that the pool we stayed at had been so poorly maintained. I’m thankful to this pool supply company for their honesty and professionalism in helping us figure out what went wrong.
