- CHC HFeb 17, 20261.0A five-month struggle for a simple repair We expected a seamless experience given the caliber of this brand, but the journey to repair a custom chair delivered broken has been exhausting. Between unreturned voicemails and a lack of clear scheduling, the burden of project management has fallen entirely on the customer. The communication from the warranty repairs department has been consistently reactive; we were only notified that the replacement part had arrived after we reached out to check the status ourselves multiple times. The lack of basic professional courtesy and proactive updates is disheartening. We are still waiting for a firm delivery date and a formal acknowledgment of this experience. At this stage, a satisfactory resolution must include both a functional chair and a meaningful adjustment to the purchase price to account for five months of unusable furniture and the extensive labor required to secure a repair.
