Upgraded cushions were not mentioned during sale. Store manager and customer service for the company said you signed the contract, nothing we can do. I paid double what the same crummy sofa bed would have been at Ashley because I thought I was getting the better quality sofa and mattress. New salesperson had no idea what she was doing with no help at all. Manager was extremely short and rude. Lazboy customer service was useless. Also the 4th of July sale price is exactly the same as I paid 4 weeks before. No truth in advertising and what I would call bait and switch sales tactics. Update June 7. Response to email customer service is a joke since I had already done that before writing this review. I did, however, forward the previous email to the one listed. Would be very surprised if any change in their response.
