When the tech finally got here, he didn't even end up picking our lock. He just wedged it open, and now the door doesn't close or open correctly. We were charged $300 for the trouble. I feel like we were significantly overcharged and given poor service to boot. The only positive was the technician. He was polite and quick in jacking open our door frame once he arrived. I wish we had gotten an actual locksmith, but instead we need to fix our door frame. Definitely recommend finding a different locksmith.
