The only complaint I have about my whole experience was the initial estimate is asked for by the customer to make sure they will be able to cover the expense. When the CS agent give the estimate of the cost of the service, it would be helpful to mention that is work only and also includes an initial 34.99 service fee for making a call. I’m sure the techs will have a lot less people getting upset about final costs and possibly taking it out on the techs. I had seen the mention of the 34.99 at my initial once over of the website, so I already had figured a higher final cost. Then was reminded of the fact that I very likely had roadside assistance coverage via my auto insurance policy. Julian suggested I save my receipt, call to verify coverage, and see if they would reimburse it. What a great person to look out for a female and her finances in the automobile business. I’m pretty sure this actually was the only time I did not walk away irate and totally taken advantage of after paying for an auto seevice.
