Had to call to inquire about my custom matting order which had arrived (they confirmed they received it) but hadn’t started it. Gave them another 4 days (after they promised it would be done) showed up, and they still hadn’t started it yet. When I told the person working (Chris, I believe) he said “I find that hard to believe” … as if I wasn’t being honest about what happened? Their attitude is awful. Avoid this location at all costs.

Finally when it was my turn, they turned me away because they don’t take Apple Pay. So I spent an hour in the store on a Saturday and walked out empty handed. Store was crowded and it’s a completely horrible customer experience. Go to Michael’s or buy your stuff on Amazon instead honestly.
