    Don’t bother going here for a shower. I was told they don’t have them and don’t bother because they all break in shipment. Why is the website full of them then? The salesman had no interest in helping us. Told us to go to a competitor. Ok I will.

    Went to look for shower systems and bathroom faucets. I have money to spend, am in need of things very soon, had been looking around, asked for information, really got none, but the people up front are too busy with their main function: keeping their seat warm. You would think they'd at least gauge customer interest and try to figure out what's going on. If you don't ask, you won't find out. I guess I don't look like an Austin tech bro with money to spend? Too bad, as I have it. Oh well, they lost my business. And it's not as if the place was loaded with customers. At least I could see some of the items in real life and compare a little bit. I guess we'll order online, probably from someone else. Only pro, got a free coke from their stocked fridge.

    Horrible. Always an issue with these folks. So we have a commercial account and well it's all one big Ferguson but everyone under the umbrella does not talk to each other therefore your service account does not work everywhere. Kind of dumb. If you ever need something it has to be ordered it's just my luck. And lastly not to mention they are not cheap there's other folks at sell the same things for less cost. Not really fond of Ferguson. For crying out loud get rid of that laser printer, I don't know anybody else that uses laser printers.

    The showroom is gorgeous! But.....we walked around the entire front half of the showroom, looking at bathroom fixtures, and not a single person greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. When we opened the front doors, there were 3 employees at the reception desk-not a single one welcomed us. I can shop online with the same level of assistance...

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
