While I was renting, the only inconvenience was the elevator in my building breaking but even then, they were communicative and the new elevator works better and should be good for awhile haha

In addition we got detailed written instructions by email to get access to the unit. You can open the access door with an app on your phone which is very helpful. No problems with elevators or finding a cart to use. Lights and AC all good too!
