The door to the office is locked, though, and the gate only opens for cars. To return the cart you have to walk around the entire building which makes the process more frustrating than necessary. After having the unit for only 3 months I received a letter stating that my fee was doubling in price. Feels like a bait and switch and now I have to move everything out.
