Nice intro rate, but be prepared for a sticker shock. I hope this issue can be resolved. Customer service at Burnet said he would ask his district manager. I don’t want to move my trailer . I can’t have that much uncertainty in month to month prices. Next month, another $67?? Nah. Apparently you can lock in up to six months by paying up front! LOL.

But what makes it even greater are the wonderful employees. We were assisted by Dolores and Jakai. Dolores gave us all the information we needed when we first visited, and Jakai went the extra mile, following through and helping us with our questions and needs every single time we came thereafter to start loading up the storage unit. They understand what a big job it can be to empty a home and store someone’s treasured belonging. They exemplify the true meaning of customer service. It is so nice to deal with people who treat others with kindness and respect, human to human. THANK YOU!
