I'd never rented storage before and never used one of those special locks. Tom cared enough to ask if I needed help and then offered to meet me over at the storage locker to show me how to use the lock and properly open and close the door, which I accepted. After showing me the ropes, he gave me his card and told me to contact him directly with any questions, and I could tell he meant it. I appreciate this level of service that is often missing in today's society.
