And my unit was ready asap the next day. After about a year, I did need a temporary unit for a few months, so I went into the office to request a unit close to my first one, and Paul was so helpful. He walked with me through the complex and offered me two options to pick from, which were exactly where I wanted it to be. They have always answered the phone during business hours and I would gladly rent with them again if I ever need storage.

The facility is very clean and digital entry system is easy to use through the app. I was very happy with the rate we got for our unit. Paul, the gentleman who runs the facility, is SO nice and friendly. All the positive things people say about him seem to be true! Feeling grateful to have a facility like this so close to our home.
