At the first location, they changed my rate by $90 after only being in the unit for 3 months and then I moved to a different independent location to resolve. Then within two months, extra space acquired them, and after being told at signing that the rate would not increase for at least 6 months, it almost doubled after only 4 months. I've experienced rude management at the location on Airport Blvd in Austin, TX and in general, the practices seem dishonest. I've never written a review of a company before online so that is telling.
