My #1 concern was my stuff being safe, and this place is being very competently & safely run by Jared, & he's a GREAT guy. I had lots of complicated changes & questions for him after a year of being here, and he helped me out and got everything taken care in an INSTANT. I was kinda worried about management not working with me on changing units/insurance/etc and it all could not have gone smoother. If you want your stuff to be in a reliable, safe, competently run storage unit facility with GREAT customer service - this is your spot! Been here a year and not leaving anytime soon. Thanks Jared!

He went out of his way to follow up after noticing that our unit appeared unsecured, just to make sure everything was properly closed out and that our account was fully taken care of. His communication was proactive, clear, and genuinely helpful — it was obvious he cared about doing things the right way and looking out for customers. We really appreciated him reaching out and making sure there were no loose ends. Great customer service all around.
