Jared, the store manager, is kind and friendly. He took the time to explain the proper steps to the move out process. Great customer service is always a plus. The staff at the front desk are always smiling and happy to answer any questions. Great overall experience aside from the price hike but I understand they have to keep up with rising costs while still bringing value to us, the customer. Keep that in mind. There are plenty of cheaper storage places within a 20 mile radius, but as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for". Thanks again Jared not just for doing your job, but for doing it at a high level.

In just one year, they raised it roughly $100 more per month for a tiny unit. I’ve moved a lot, and I have used several storage companies all over the US. Take your business elsewhere, or you’ll be regretting it. This company doesn’t care about their customers. They scam you with an introductory rate (that they don’t disclose is introductory) and then increase randomly as they please.
