When I first stored my things, I had put the lock on the unit incorrectly and the manager called me quickly to inform me, so I was able to turn around 5 minutes after I'd left. I don't live very close to my unit anymore so that was a big win for me. Management is nice and the main guy I've spoken to (joined in May) is making a concerted effort to spruce the place up so it looks nicer.
