Rate increased in (large) increments from $34/month to $107/month over a year and a half. The drive-in gate to the facility has been continuously open for at least a month before I cancelled my account. Similarly, one of the exit doors of the building my unit occupied was unable to be opened from the inside in the month leading up to my cancellation.
