After we began struggling with the new payment amount their representative Tea worked with upper management to assist us to keep the payments manageable and our unit out of auction status! I’m so appreciative and grateful for Tea’s assistance!! She’s the best! However, the location itself I would be cautious of because there are RATS that get into the units and cause a horrible smell on porous items, but the units are outdoors so I don’t know if they should be held liable or not. Wish that was fixed though. However, again customer service is 5 stars!
