Abby, at the facility, was able to get me transferred to the other unit without any hassle. She was very professional and courteous. I would also like to thank Carey, another employee, at the facility for her assistance in helping me navigate my way through the storage unit maze. I would probably still be walking the halls without her help. Kudos to a great staff !!
- CKCindy KJan 5, 20265.0I have had numerous storage units with Extra Space Storage over the last 5 or 6 years. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The staff is courteous, kind, and always helpful. I have forgotten to lock my unit before, and all it took was a phone call, and they gladly took care of it so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way back. The facilities are always clean, the units are climate controlled with large roll up doors, and plenty of room to maneuver around. They are also very tall units, which is great for stacking, to allow more space for heavier items, furniture, etc. Flat bed carts are provided near the entrances, which make it easy to transport items to and from the units, and the elevator is extremely helpful. Great location with a friendly & helpful staff!
