Will update if my rate is returned to original amount.

When calling to question the huge increase, I was told in the fine print of the agreement they can change the price to anything they want at any time and a notice is sent out 30 days ahead, but I could find no notice. I called again and was told that it was "sent in the mail." Every other communication I receive is electronic but somehow a 50% increase in the cost after 3 months is sent by mail. I also found that this company is being pursued in multiple class-action lawsuits for exactly this bait and switch scam, Do not work with this company. They will tell you a price and then not honor that price a few months after you move in. Extra Space Storage is a completely dishonest and fraudulent company.
