I purchased two comfortable chairs from another furniture store, but needed to find a more natural fabric for them. I found just the right choice for my chairs at Calico. Heather not only coordinated with our designer from the furniture store, but helped guide me through the ordering process so that we could proceed with getting the fabric shipped in a timely manner. Heather was professional, kind, and I'll look forward to working with her again.
- EEelizabethOct 16, 20241.0Absolutely terrible customer experience....do NOT use them for Hunter Douglas blinds. Our experience with the staff and management at this location was months-long incompetence and unprofessionalism. They mis-measured our windows so the valances are beyond the width of the windows and the depth is far too deep which has completely ruined a custom order and refused to provide any semblance of Customer Service - when we sent photos of how terribly the valances were measured - the only response was "WE think it looks quite nice". No accountability, no response to our inquiry to have them resolve the issues. We are also reporting them to the Hunter Douglas org as an affiliate that should not be representing their brand.
