    The worst store!!!!! Today I went to buy some Christmas trees and one wasn't the one that be in the picture I went to exchange it and they told me it wasn't the one from the store and that they had switched it. They called me a liar and when I tried to defend myself, the manager told me I was causing a disturbance and to leave. I've never been called a liar in my life and I've never been kicked out of anywhere. Very bad experience, I'm never going back to that store. At home… educate your employees!!!!! Go to Hobby Lobby instead, they treat you well there and the store is much better!! It was in Austin store

    I tried to return two products here that were still perfectly fine. I had just bought them and they didn’t end up working out for me. The manager was going to issue the refund even though I didn’t have the original packing but had all the parts. Then she decided not to. I understand not having the package but she said she was going to dispose of the products anyways. So I’m not sure why it still matter. Disappointing

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
