    This location was a mixed bag. I went in during a holiday, meaning it was almost empty, which was great as a customer!...until I realized there were hardly any workers in the entire store--which is rather big. When I needed help, it took me a few minutes for find someone to help me, and even then, they were unable to do so. Then when I went to check out, there was only one cashier available. There was a group of three women checking out together, and it took me over ten minutes to check them out--and the whole time, we customers in line were unable to call for help or ask for someone to check us out. And then when I was finally able to check out, the cashier explained the item I got didn't have a price tag, and sent me out to find one that did. I feel this location would work much better with better coverage and the ability for customers to flag down workers more easily, like a bell or call buttons throughout the store. Overall, probably won't return until these problems are remedied.

    Maricela is THE BEST... I had such a big job to do, she helped me move huge boxes, hauled stuff, worked so hard, helped me so much and we had a blast together... she is manager material!!! What a great experience I had at your store tonight, thank you. Will be back soon...

    Tons of broken things. All the products I was interested in had minor defects. I asked staff what socket this lamp uses and they told me to “go figure it out myself”. I’d rather just go on Amazon

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
