We're offering safe Alterations services for your convenience. During your in-store Alterations appointment, you can expect a safe environment where a mask is provided to you. Alterations employees will also be staying safe in both a mask and gloves. We'll take precautions such as increased sanitization in fitting rooms. If you had alterations being completed before our store closures and your completed garments are ready for pickup, we'll reach out to coordinate complimentary shipping of items directly to you. If safe Contactless Curbside Pickup is available at your store, you can choose to pick up completed garments via this method or have them shipped to you.

I moved pretty far up north so making it out to this location was already a stretch for me to get a dress purchased from Nordstrom altered. I got to my alteration appointment and waited over an hour from my scheduled time only to be to be completely ignored & unacknowledged by the seamstress. A simple hello or acknowledgment that the seamstress was running behind schedule would have been nice. But waiting an hour, with another person behind me also waiting with no luck is pretty rude. While I'm always patient and understanding given the times and staffing shortages, I'm appalled at the service, or lack of service received today. Would not recommend
- SSSelena SalihovicOct 28, 20204.0The first person who did my alterations wasn't hearing me. When I came back, it was still an I'll fitting garment and now I was up against a deadline. The second person heard me, helped me and made me feel validated. They assured me they could fix the garment in time, and because it wasn't my fault this wasn't done properly, didn't charge the rush fee. The garment fits great now and that extra care and attention is what I love and expect from Nordstrom.
