we came here to get a bed and a couch, we were told the wait would be a week, after the week passed we waited patiently for our delivery, after the deadline for the delivery we had to find out the delivery truck was broken down we'd have to wait longer, well here we are four days later and we find out the couch we ordered was destroyed and wont be here for another week, and the bed we ordered was supposed to be delivered 4 hours ago only.to find out there's been another delay and maybe it'll be here later today but I'm not hopeful, and frankly I'm tired of sleeping on the floor and sitting on milk crates, if it doesn't arrive today I'm probably just going to cancel the order and go with someone else
Edit: They arrived but forgot the box spring and just left the delivery guys hanging at the depot before the delivery, so now we have to wait for the boxspring

Bought a couch and TV with a stand from here. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Pretty sure the couch was infested with bed bugs and the TV stopped working less than a year after paying it off. Every time I reached out for help I was told it's not their problem. Avoid at all costs!! Go to Rent A Center if you need something. NEVER GETTING MY BUSINESS AGAIN

Took almost be 4 weeks for my daughter to get her bed set. Kept getting the Run around from Shaniqua and Sierra. 1st months payment was taken before bed was received. Asked for a refund and after asking Shaniqua said my daughter’s bed set couldn’t be delivered because she had no drivers. I went up to the Lamar location and 2 guys were loading the Aaron’s truck for delivery. Shaniqua gave me the same excuse when I walked in. So I stop one of the guys and offer 50.00 to please deliver the bed set because we had family coming in for the weekend. He delivered it that afternoon but he didn’t have enough screws to hold up the head board. We said please bring Saturday. The guy called Saturday but said he couldn’t come until Monday. Monday he came but didn’t bring the tools to tighten the headboard and said to ask my husband to tighten it. I called back and spoke to sierra who said she would come out the next day or Wednesday. No one has come by or called me to fix this issue. This store has the worst customer service. They do not deliver as promised and honestly I may just return all the furniture. I will never buy again from this location.

I recently acquired a new Samsung washer for Aaron's. The online application was very user friendly and I did it all on my phone. Within 2 days I was able to pick up my washer by being greeted by an associate that had my information ready. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Awesome Aaron's!

We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
