From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and honest about my options. They clearly take pride in their work and treated my rug with great care. They kept me informed throughout the process and ultimately were able to save the rug, something I’m truly grateful for. If you have a valuable rug or a difficult stain situation, I would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, dedicated rug professionals.

They are upfront about any areas they think might be a problem, i.e. stains or pet odors, but have always delivered my carpets back looking better than they went in . For your precious hand woven, hand dyed wool carpets, they're the best because they know how to clean them without affecting the dyes in the wool that can so easily run or fade with the wrong cleanser. Highly recommended.
