We cut them some slack because of COVID hours, but we first purchased the fabric and arranged for pick up of 3 pieces in the first week of June (it is now Aug 13). Some of the fabric wasn't in stock; they didn't tell us. We discovered this by calling in late July and asking where our furniture was; they said the fabric would be here on July 31. Earlier this week a new person called us and asked US if we had our furniture. We said no, in fact we don't even know the status. Oh, she said. She'd investigate and get back to us. Radio silence. So we're out $4000 plus two chairs and a couch, and we can't get information. I'm tired of calling them: they should be reaching out to us, and they SHOULD be offering some sort of compensation for their abysmal performance. I'm not holding my breath. Update: I guess after seeing this they called, and announced the new date for the fabric to be Sept 1. We're going in tomorrow to pick another fabric. Our confidence in their word is soooooo small.
