  I was in the shower and couldn’t come down. Julian patiently waited for me and did a great job explaining the main pests he was concentrating on . He was respectful and knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions

  BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I called about ants on my property, and someone came out for it. Then they did a follow up a week later when I got stung by fire ants while mowing and my foot blew up like a balloon, and now, 3 weeks later, I have over 20 ant hills in my yard after the technician said “I’ll nuke your whole yard for ants”. He also said they'd come back again to treat and wasps specifically that they noticed and also should have already been treating for. For some reason, this was never in their visit notes on their side, and now I need them back out because the ant problem is so bad with ants, wasps and other bugs that are everywhere. That would be the 3rd visit coming out for the same problem, which, per the company, should comp the month's services. When I call, the team says the second visit was "off-record" and never recorded by the service provider. That means it was never recorded, which makes me believe it was purposely done in order to have one less visit being tracked so I don't get the service for free. This has been an absolutely horrible experience with Eco-shield. The technicians left my gate open on 3 separate occasions and let my dogs out into the street, which is why we cancelled, and it’s absolutely crazy that they’re going out of their way to take my money and not honor their own standards. I signed up because it sounded great. “If you have to call us back 3 times within the service period, the service is free”, but now I see they don’t record the visits so they purposely don’t have records of it. Beware of this company! They’re not trustworthy!

  The people from Aptive gave us notifications when they would be there and show up on time and made sure the areas need treatment were done including photos showing areas treated for our records which was great and let us know if we had and problems before and next schedule appointment they would come out so that made us happy clients.

  Terrible experience. I hired this company for a pest inspection, and their technician stepped on the drywall in my attic and damaged my ceiling, leaving a large hole. What’s worse, the company has taken zero responsibility—no repair, no follow-up, nothing. Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
