After being told I would receive an update about replacing a couch, I had to repeatedly follow up myself and still received no communication. When I called the store for an update, the conversation became extremely unprofessional. I later received a call from an assistant manager’s personal phone where inappropriate language was used and a threat was made. This issue was reported to Aaron’s corporate customer relations, and despite being given a case number and told someone would contact me, I still have not received any follow-up. I hope district management reviews how this situation was handled. Update: I’ve filed a corporate complaint, followed up multiple times, and now filed a BBB complaint regarding your Austin Slaughter Ln location. Still no contact. Can someone from corporate reach out regarding case #1705439?

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
