Then without any call or text the delivery is changed to the sixth. So the crew cost me $600 for sitting there waiting all morning. Lowes supervisor doesn’t even refund the cost of the delivery which was not done. Bobby D.

Our order was entered wrong, delayed our build 3+ months, multiple deliveries didn’t show up (more than once), doors arrived damaged, and we had contractors show up with no materials — and we still had to pay them. This mistake-filled process cost us thousands in delays, labor, and loan interest. We tried store management, corporate, the Texas Attorney General, and even the CEO’s office. We were ultimately told, in summary, “sorry for your loss.” Learn from our mistake — what seems cheaper up front can become very expensive in delays.
- ASanthony scottMar 21, 20261.0Customer Service was terrible on my return. The 2 individuals who seemed to be in training where nice, but their trainer, whether he was a manager or not. Was unhelpful and did not attempt to find a reasonable resolution. The lawnmower I just bought ($400) had a bent wheel upon install. I did not gas or use this item returned within 48hr of install. They wanted to refund to a visa gift card I used for purchase, I declined but they already processed. Keep in mind I do not have this gift card, I used it and discarded. They offered no solution and basically said I'm out of luck. I would have accepted store credit, an even swap for a non broken product, even possibly taken the bent wheel back and fixed it. Their resolution was not agreed upon by me. I am beyond disappointed.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.
How do I cancel an item from my order?
You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. Find your order and select Details. In the Delivery section of the item you wish to remove, select Cancel. Find your order and select Details. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
