  As a frequent shopper at Green’s, I appreciate its convenient location and the chance to support local farmers. However, I do not feel valued as a customer. The employees create an unwelcoming environment; I am never greeted and often feel watched or profiled. Navigating around unfriendly stockers is difficult and detracts from the experience. A local business should treat everyone with kindness and respect. I hope Green’s will do better and make all shoppers feel welcome.

  My husband and I love green’s, we buy here frequently, most of our plants and pots at home are from here. When we need advices with our plants, or we have questions about the best fertilizer their staff has been always kind and willing to help. ♥️ We buy their organic food products, and I love how fresh they are. Without doubt Green’s is one of the best places near our home. (Some pics are from previous August 2025, and some this year)

  A coworker recommended this place and it did not disappoint. They have a garden, produce, a selection of dry foods, drinks, and lots of pickled options: beets,asparagus, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, and more! They have 2 cashiers and they accept credit. It's a place worth visiting for sure!

  I'm heartsick to write this. But after the treatment my friend received and the blatant price gauging I just experienced at Greens. I have to write this to warn others! A few days ago, my friend asked for a specific plant that had just been delivered.. it wasn't "on the sales floor" yet.. so a staff member got it for her & gave it to her to go buy. The manager stopped the transaction tho, falsely accusing my friend of "climbing the fence" to get the plant from the restricted area. She refused to sell it to her claiming it had to be priced. They said they would hold the plant so she could return to buy it once it was priced which she did later that day.. however on arrival It was still unpriced.. management further accused her of only wanting the rare ones and in buying them, preventing others from having a chance at them and again refused to sell it to her. My friend was deeply hurt and offended by this. She has been a long time loyal customer of Greens, however she no longer will shop there after this treatment. After hearing her story (she was near tears when she related all this to our group...) I was deeply impacted as well.. afterwards.. I was shopping at Greends for myself and offered to see if it was finally available and to get it for her if it was.... only to discover that it STILL was not priced. When I asked to get it for her.. this nursery PRICE GAUGED this specific plant $15 MORE than all the others that are exactly the same (& cost them the same wholesale price) simply because its a specific variety and she wanted it. (Keep in mind.. all these plants are all sold all over DFW at all area Calloways & other nurseries & they are all the same price including this specific variety (none are sold at this inflated price) so Greens is tacking on an extra $15 simply because they know she as a collector wants it. You can do with this info what you want.. as for me and my house. I will not shop Greens anymore. There are far to many actually honest nurseries in DFW that deserve my business.
