  KC the representative here at extra space in Arlington on Mansfield webb was Very professional and gave a quick service. Explained everything briefly to where I could understand what I was getting into. Appreciated very much. Will be recommending people here for sure.

  I would strongly advise anyone considering Extra Space Storage to look elsewhere. This place operates like a complete bait-and-switch. They lure you in with a low introductory rate, then significantly raise your price once you’re settled in, knowing full well most people won’t go through the hassle of moving everything out again. My unit started in the low $20s. Just a few months later, the rate doubled. Then a few months after that, it doubled again, I’m paying in the hundreds for the same unit. That kind of pricing is completely unreasonable and feels predatory. I’ve noticed numerous units with red locks, which raises concerns about how often customers fall behind because of this. On top of that, the facility is not well-maintained. There is a serious rodent problem, rats and mice are clearly an issue here. No matter how clean or organized you are with your own belongings, it won’t matter. The place itself is dirty and poorly managed. I stored brand new custom-built kitchen cabinets here, and they are now completely ruined due to the infestation. What should have been a safe storage solution turned into a costly mistake. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing and expensive. Store your belongings here at your own risk.

  Casey and Tanya provided the absolute BEST customer service to my wife and I! They were courteous and professional, even told their boss they need to assist us and call back later 🤭 The new buildings and gate were beautifully engineered to ensure easy/fast/efficient access my phone app or keypad 24/7 to our business supplies and guaranteed they will be protected (ease of mind).
