Well here's something very unusual. I had someone asked me if I needed any help within 10 minutes of being in the store. And then I had help at the paint station getting everything I needed. It's so hard to find people to wait on you these days especially in those big stores like that so I was really appreciative.

As my husband and I walked through the store, we we were greeted kindly multiple times. Each employee we passed, asked us "if we'd found everything were looking for" and the positive attitudes were welcomed. You can tell their whole staff was motivated, positive and helpful. Not all Lowe's has this level of hard working, positive employees. Kuddos to the management for training them so well!

This store is convenient & has most anything hardware related that I've ever needed at good value. I would like to see more raw wood for projects, like laminate for furniture or decorative wood working projects.

Got my order placed online and three hours later, while in store, I ended up having to pick and load my 55 pieces of lumber. Not sure what the reason for the delay was, but that should have been enough time to get my order ready without having to pick it myself! Just my opinion...

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
