I walked asked for someone in lights 6min later no ones, store dead empty 417pm on a Wednesday, I came before but I gave it another chance! Let me GO where contractors do business what the hell I was thinking but I got it now!!!! HOME DEPOT for builders and Contractors only!! This ain't it.

Based off the hotels appearance and being my first time, I was expecting nothing but the best. Clearly I was wrong. It’s crazy to say the average McDonalds burger has much more flavor than what i received and for a quarter of the price. If you stay enjoy the views and scenery but do NOT order food.
- DODaniel OFeb 18, 20261.0Placed an order that said it was available more than 3 hours before I got to the store. I got there and enter my parking spot details saying I was ready for pickup. After 30 minutes of waiting I went inside to inquire about the delay and the store rep said they are waiting an associate to go and "retrieve" the items from inside the store meaning the items were NOT ready for pickup. I waited another 25 minutes and then went inside myself to go get them. None of the same associate were helpful or even offered an apology for the inconvenience of wasting my time coming here without the order been ready. After one hour of wait and trying to get the items myself and not even finding it, I had to cancel the order. Another lady had to come inside to retrieve her order after the 25 mins mark. This is ridiculous. Not shopping at Lowes again.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.
How do I cancel an item from my order?
You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. Find your order and select Details. In the Delivery section of the item you wish to remove, select Cancel. Find your order and select Details. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
