    Spent a lot of money at this lowes over the past year. went to exchange 1 bag of shingles all accounted for and the assistant manager kenny or Kenneth tells me that they cant exchange/refund 1 bag of unused shingles because the package is opened. Well I had to open them to realize I got the wrong one's that were obviously under the wrong picture on the shelf, but then he goes to say its a store policy that there store started a year and a half ago, when ask to see the store policy he could not produce it, and simply said im telling you its this store policy. So now I'm out of 75 dollars. Will not be shopping at this lowes ever again. Its not the money its the principle.

    I had trouble finding an item as it had been moved. During checkout I needed help and waited and waited. Then when I finally was helped, the employee left before the issue was fixed and I waited some more. Lot's of trouble for some small items.

    The lady that “help” us today 12/10/25 at the pain desk around 1:00pm was EXTREMELY RUDE! Not one single word from her and the way she attended us was rude and with attitude for no reason. I greeted her nicely and asked for what we were looking for. Mind you we get the paint was the 5 gallon one ( Heavy ) she threw the bucket at us and not even ask if we needed anything else and just walked away.

    On Sunday Nov.30, 2025 I visited the Lowe's on Arbrook in Arlington. It was the worst experience ever, I recently had a hip replacement and I was parked in a handicap parking space by the Service Desk. I went in to get a couple of string lights from your store. I politely walked over to the service desk to check out, like I have done previously. There were actually three cashiers there. I walked up to a cashier who was just standing there. I asked her if could I check out here. She literally pointed her finger 👉🏼 not once but twice to inform me that check out was around the corner. I said I know where the checkout is, I am parked right here in the handicap space. She said to me LIKE I SAID check out is over there. I thought really little girl!!. I politely put the two items on the counter and left. She was so rude to me, she actually ruined my entire day. Her name was Valerie I will never forget the way I was treated there.Just awful 😖 I went to Home Depot and made my purchase at the SERVICE Desk without any issues. Please train your cashiers better and let them know that taking care of the customer SHOULD be their FIRST priority!!
