She made this nervous first time RV owner feel at ease. Not only am I glad you had a limited time special to move in, but the process was seamless and efficient. Raven has excellent customer service skills and she drove around to show me basic information ( hook-up to electric plug etc) Just as she was leaving she made the BEST suggestion of all. Lock the hitch to prevent theft! I never thought of that . My prized possession is in good hands thanks to Raven and Extra space security measures. I will refer friends and family! 👍🏼
