Saving money these days is a big deal, so there's a special going on. First month free, did you hear what I said! Free, so go there, save yourself some time looking around. They're helpful, and friendly. Ask for Cathy.

I went back to my storage unit that is inside the building where it’s supposed to be controlled air as well as maintenance upkeep, however, while pulling things out, we noticed our things were chewed threw and saw rat poop on our things. We called and let them know that we were moving out of that unit, but we needed more time and just wanted to pay the prorate instead of the full amount when our bill was due. No issues there, it was simple and easy. Once we had time to move out our things to a new storage, we walked in and it smelled like something died in the building. Once we got to our unit the smell went away, however, when we’re pulling out everything, a dead rat flew out of our stuff and we were no longer wanting our stuff. The worker on site let us know to just put everything back and they’ll handle the clean up and she also told us how we can file a claim for the damages. They handled the situation well for us, however, the actual storage does not do pest control and the a/c obviously doesn’t work if you can walk in and smell something rotten and dead.

They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the different unit sizes so I could choose the one that best fit my needs. Their transparency with pricing and policies was refreshing, no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises. The facility itself is extremely clean, well-maintained, and secure. I immediately noticed the upgraded security features, including gated access, surveillance cameras, and individually alarmed units. As someone storing valuable personal items, that level of protection gave me great peace of mind. The climate-controlled units were also a huge plus, especially since I needed to store documents and electronics that could be damaged by extreme temperatures. Moving in and out was incredibly easy thanks to wide driveways, flatbed carts, and large elevators. The extended access hours also made it convenient to visit my unit whenever I needed. Overall, this self-storage business exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent customer service, clean and secure units, and fair pricing makes it a standout choice. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, hassle-free storage.
