- JNJessica NguyenOct 18, 20251.0YOUR UNIT WILL GET BROKEN INTO. When we moved our stuff in, we put a lock on. Apparently they notified us that there “was no lock on our unit” a week or so after we moved all of our stuff in, therefore they put their lock on it. The store and manager Theresa claimed someone called us to notify us but this was per their notes. I never received a call or voicemail, email regarding my unit not being locked anymore. If we had known this, we would’ve checked on it, seen it was broken into then moved out all of our stuff ASAP. Our stuff is thrown all over the place and stuff is missing. Our unit got broken into and it seems like they knew but we never got notified, leaving our stuff in there for months until we got into it again. AVOID THIS PLACE.
