A auto payment didn't work so my wife called tot try and make the same payment over the phone the manager grabbed an attitude and refused to run the same payment amount they tried to pull out because we had to transfer money over from savings side. The manger refused and wanted $100 over the original amount they tried to pull out. The manger stated since we were not going to pay the $100 over she was going to call the police and say it was stolen merchandise. We will never do business with this rent a center ever again. AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU CAN.

So I would purchase from somewhere else not here! I know it’s buy as is but at least 60 days of use i would have not been so upset

The draw back for me was i rented from them to help build my credit and was told they repord the 4th month and when paid off. I have yet to see it on any of my credit reports. So if you want good customer service. Go here if you want cheaper. Find another place.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
