- SLsiren loveOct 3, 20151.0I used to be a loyal customer, I have been with Aaron's for about 3 years now, anytime I thought I might be late or need an extension on a payment I called way before to let them know, this last month I asked if I could simply make my payment of $68 on the 16th two weeks away, I was told that I could just make a payment of 20 by the lady at the desk , but when I talked to the collection man, he told me I had to make the full payment that there was no way I could make the payment on the 16th, or they would charge me for two payments (150)including late fees, was very disappointed that they not only lied to me but dint even attempt to help me and simple gave me and my husband attitude and sarcasm. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
