Mike met me when I entered, described where all the recliners were and let me wander off to look and try them on my own. Sat down in one that caught my eye and was awed by how comfortable it was. The price gave me a little sticker shock but decided if I could get one in the color I wanted I might buy. Mike found one in stock in a back room. Tried it on for size and went home to think about it. Came back the next day and finalized the purchase. Would not have even bothered to look around if Michael hadn’t let me look without him hovering and trying to push a sale. I appreciated letting me make up my mind and choose what I wanted without any pressure. Thus, a sale was made.
