    Susan Kirk is AMAZING!! I had a problem transferring units. She took good care of it right away. She's very attentive to me. The facility is clean and well taken care of too. Again, Susan is AMAZING!!

    SpareBox #9 has major accessibility issues with there gate. The gate dose not accept customer codes during business hours and the only solution is to call customer service and play a game of try this code and wait for the property manager to address the issue. This going on for a week now and they don’t seem to have an answer or solution when talking to them. I would think twice about getting a unit at this location if you want to be able to have access to your property in the unit.

How do I rent a unit?

We offer three simple ways to rent a unit: On our website: You may filter through our locations to browse available units. You may also create your reservation and process your move in, all conveniently online! On location: All our locations (excluding SpareBox 0016 and SpareBox 0019) have a 24-hour on-site rental center with an easy-to-use kiosk. The kiosk will present all unit availability for the facility, and you easily create your reservation or move right in! With customer service: If you need assistance, please call (833) 777-7273 and one of our customer service team members will be happy to assist you in finding the right unit.

How do I set up my online account?

From the home page, click the red Register button in the upper right-hand corner: Select your state. Select your facility location. Enter your last name and unit number, exactly as they appear on your invoice or receipts. Note: Be sure to include any prefixed 0’s, or if you are in an accessible unit, be sure to include “ADA” after your unit number. After entering your last name and unit number, you will be prompted to set a password and a security question for your account.
