    Drove from Guymon to Amarillo yesterday 2-15-2026 to pick up material for our deck. Had several carts full of lumber and other items. Was standing by the register when they were ringing everything up and I heard the guy call out the number of all the items I had picked up. Every thing he called out was exactly what I had loaded on the carts. A little over 2000 dollars worth of items. The 2 guys pushed all of the carts outside and loaded everything on the trailer for me. I tied it all down and headed home. Wasn't until we were a few miles from home when I noticed on the ticket I was charged for 48 2x4x12s instead of the 24 I picked up. I called the store at 8am this morning and the guy told me he would look at the cameras and get back to me. Hopefully they call soon. I wish I had looked before we drove off but I knew the total was going to be close to the 2000 dollar mark and I heard him say 24 2x4s when he was scanning everything. The help loading everything was great and as soon as they make this right I will give them a 5 star rating. They called me back Wednesday afternoon and had already credited the amount back on my card. The guy was super nice and apologized for the mistake and for not getting back with me on Monday after I called. Great customer service

    Yalls delivery service is horrible. The third party yall hire to deliver appliances to houses do not care. Looks like they hire anybody for the job inexperienced and they damage the expensive appliances that customers pay alot of money for. Store is irresponsible and cannot get right appliances delivered or exchanged when the one delivered get damaged.

    I bought a fridge off the floor and had delivery set up. They turned around and sold it to someone else the same day. Was able to get money back but not very happy
