My mother’s phone Janie had a living room set with TV and a friend of ours had entertainment center there as well. My mothers phone got turned off and she could not communicate daily either the store but I have been for her while I work and today 02/26/2026 Christina was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and all around uncooperative with me. I’m sorry I work all day and so does my husband and can’t hand Janie a phone to call before you leave your store for the day. That’s another thing you may know me and my husband your just mad because you refused to pick up our furniture a few years ago and we forced you too by putting it outside don’t make me do it again. Anyhoo I asked you on behalf of my SICK MOTHER to pick up her furniture she can’t afford and you got all huffy and demanded to speak with her but unfortunately her phone has been off and you want to accuse us of non communication number one Whitney was standing in my house the other day and we told her we would try to have a payment and well guess what I can’t get you one and that’s that. YOU WERE SO RUDE AND ABOUT A CUSTOMER THATS BEEN LOYAL TO YOU MY MOTHER HAS RENTED BEFORE AND PAID OFF HER RENTAL BEFORE NOW YOU DO THIS… Whitney and Josh are awesome they have always treated us with such respect honestly WHITNEY SHOULD BE STORE MANAGER. Josh should be her assistant and CORPORATE SHOULD FIRE CHRISTINA AND UNPROFESSIONALISM… Sorry I work for a living and I don’t get to operate on your Time and sorry that my sick mother would rather have her meds and doctors paid for than your furniture in her home at this time! Also you did not give me a time of when they will be there to get it out of her home so I can’t guarantee someone will be home! How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
