- JDJoey DickersonApr 2, 20231.0Went there at 4:25pm on 4/2/2023. Sign on the door says be back in 30 minutes. Now keep in mind they close at 5:00pm. Waited about 10 minutes. Left at 4:35pm. There were also 3 other cars waiting and one more came and left. Came back 5:25 thinking maybe they were opened until 6pm. The guy was closing out the register. Looked up at me at the door and said we are closed. He then pointed at the door and said it says we close at 5. What I didn’t see was a sign that says “we close at 5 but we might take a lunch break 30 minutes before we close!!!”

I stood there for five minutes. Not a single word from the employee. He completed the test, gave the customer her paperwork and kept right on talking. This is the SECOND (and last) time I've walked out of that store. HORRIBLE customer service.
